Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time during your subscription period. Changes take effect immediately upon payment of any price difference. Upgrades will be prorated for the remaining subscription period. Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Yes! We offer volume discounts for schools within the same group: 2-5 Schools get 10% discount, 6-10 Schools get 15% discount, and 11+ Schools get 20% discount. We also offer long-term commitment discounts: 10% for 2-year, 15% for 3-year, and 20% for 5-year commitments.

All modules are fully functional on ALL plans. The only difference is the maximum number of student records you can actively manage on the platform. Student records include active students, alumni, withdrawn students, and transferred students whose data is retained. Premium plan also includes exclusive features: CBT Offline, ATPass App, and Bulk SMS (₦10 per SMS).

Edusaint SMS stores comprehensive student records including personal data (name, date of birth, gender, address, contact details, identification numbers), academic history (previous schools, transfer records, achievements), medical information (allergies, conditions, emergency contacts), disciplinary records, attendance records with QR verification, and fee records (payment history, outstanding balances, transactions).

Our admission system provides a seamless application process with online application submission through your school website, application review and evaluation by administrators, admission approval with admission letters, student enrollment with academic record creation, and online status tracking for applicants.

Yes! Edusaint SMS includes a powerful promotion system that allows you to promote individual students or entire classes, automatically archive student records for historical reference, generate promotion lists and reports, handle students who require repeating a class, and transfer student data seamlessly to their new class.

Yes. The student record limit includes ALL students in the system – active students, alumni, withdrawn students, and transferred students whose historical data is retained for reference, transcript generation, and verification purposes.

Our lesson plan system allows teachers to create digital lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. The AI Lesson Plan Generator creates plans automatically based on subject, topic, and class level. Teachers can collaborate and share best practices, administrators can approve and review plans, and students can access lesson plans to prepare for classes. Plans can be downloaded as PDF for offline use.

Our timetable system features a drag-and-drop interface for easy creation and management. It automatically detects and prevents scheduling conflicts for teachers and classrooms. Teachers, students, and parents can view personalized timetables, and timetables can be downloaded as PDF or printed for display.

Teachers can enter scores for assessments, tests, and examinations. The system automatically calculates totals, averages, and grades. Results can be compiled for all subjects and terms, with comprehensive broadsheet reports generated for classes. Professional result sheets and report cards are created, each with a unique QR code for authenticity verification.

Yes! Our scratch card system is a great revenue generator. Schools can generate revenue by selling scratch cards for result access. Premium plans include customized printed scratch cards, Standard plans receive digital templates for printing on paper, and Basic plan scratch cards are available for purchase separately. Each card has a unique code for secure result verification.

CBT Online requires internet connectivity and is available in all plans. CBT Offline allows students to take exams without internet using desktop applications – available exclusively in Premium plan.

The Offline CBT system works like a professional examination setup. The Admin downloads exam questions from the online software onto the Admin App, connects all devices to the same network using a router, distributes the exam to all Student Apps, students complete the exam offline, and then the admin syncs results back to the main software online.

Edusaint CBT supports all major question types: Multiple Choice Questions (single and multiple answers), Subjective Questions (essay with manual or AI-assisted grading), Fill in the Blanks (auto-graded), and True or False (instant feedback). All question types can be mixed within a single examination.

ATPass App is a Premium-only feature that uses GPS location verification for attendance. Teachers can only mark attendance from designated points within the school premises, eliminating proxy attendance and ensuring accurate staff and student presence tracking.

Bulk SMS is available exclusively on the Premium plan. Schools can send mass text messages to parents and staff at ₦10 per SMS. Messages can be targeted to specific groups including all parents, parents of specific classes, all staff members, specific departments, or individual recipients. The system supports scheduled sending and delivery reports.

Our fee payment system is comprehensive and user-friendly. Schools can define fee categories with multiple structures, parents can pay via card, bank transfer, or USSD through secure Paystack and Flutterwave integration. The digital wallet allows parents to fund and pay fees, with automatic receipts generated and sent to parents.

Our payroll system includes salary structures for different staff roles, automatic payroll processing with all deductions and allowances, deduction management (taxes, pension), allowance management, reports & analytics (CSV or PDF export), and bank file generation for bulk salary transfers.

Edusaint SMS takes security very seriously with AES-256 encryption for data at rest, SSL/TLS for secure transmission, regular security audits (bi-annual internal, annual external penetration testing), full NDPR compliance, role-based access control, and automated daily backups with 30-day retention.

You own your data. The school (Licensee) retains full ownership of all data entered into the system. Upon termination of your subscription, we provide you with all collected data in a readable format (e.g., .CSV or .XML) within 30 days of request. We then remove all your data from our servers unless otherwise required by law.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is available on ALL Plans. When users log in, they are required to provide not only their password but also a second verification factor generated through authenticator apps like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. This additional layer of security ensures that even if a user's password is compromised, unauthorized access is prevented.

We provide comprehensive support and training including hands-on training sessions during implementation, user manuals and video tutorials, email/phone/chat support during business hours, 24/7 emergency support for critical issues, automatic software updates, and dedicated support for the first three months.

Our implementation process typically takes 2-3 weeks. Phase 1 (Setup & Customization): 1-7 days including installation, configuration, and data migration. Phase 2 (Training & Pilot): 1 week including staff training, pilot test, and feedback collection. Phase 3 (Full Deployment): Ongoing with full-scale implementation, dedicated support for first three months, and monthly performance reviews.

Yes! We provide data migration services to help you transition smoothly. We can import student data from Excel spreadsheets, migrate data from other school management systems, assist with manual record migration, validate data integrity after migration, and ensure no data loss during the process.
